SUMMARY:De-escalation & Use of Force Training 
DESCRIPTION:Please note\, as indicated in the employee handbook ALL staff\,
  part time and full time\, are required to attend all scheduled trainings.
  Each officer must fulfill the mandated training requirements or will be s
 ubject to disciplinary action\, up to termination. Additionally\, all date
 s\, topics\, and times are subject to change.&nbsp\;
 There are two optio
 ns for trainings bi-monthly\, all Security Officers will be assigned by sc
 heduling period to one meeting or another. In order to switch to an altern
 ate date\, the shift change must be approved. Generally\, no security staf
 f will be approved to go into overtime and/or double time to attend any st
 aff training. All schedules will be coordinated to reflect optimal schedul
 ing\, which will not include overtime unless approved in advance and absol
 utely pertinent to the demands of company scheduling needs.&nbsp\;

 pdated policy effective January 1\, 2020 all employees are required to att
 end all scheduled bi-monthly training options. All security staff are perm
 itted one annual “free pass” which must be coordinated in writing\, in
  advance of the training option to excuse their absence.&nbsp\;
