DESCRIPTION:Please note\, as indicated in the employee handbook ALL staff\,
  part time and full time\, are required to attend all scheduled trainings.
  Each officer must fulfill the mandated training requirements or will be s
 ubject to disciplinary action\, up to termination. Additionally\, all date
 s\, topics\, and times are subject to change.&nbsp\;
 There are two optio
 ns for trainings bi-monthly\, all Security Officers will be assigned by sc
 heduling period to one meeting or another. Each training will be offered i
 n the following formats: Monday Evening Option will be Virtual and Friday 
 Morning Options will be in-person. In order to switch to an alternate date
 \, the shift change must be approved. Generally\, no security staff will b
 e approved to go into overtime and/or double time to attend any staff trai
 ning. All schedules will be coordinated to reflect optimal scheduling\, wh
 ich will not include overtime unless approved in advance and absolutely pe
 rtinent to the demands of company scheduling needs.&nbsp\;
 Per updated p
 olicy effective January 1\, 2020 all employees are required to attend all 
 scheduled bi-monthly training options. All officers are requited to attend
  a minimum of three (3) in-person options annually. All security staff are
  permitted one annual “free pass” which must be coordinated in writing
 \, in advance of the training option to excuse their absence.&nbsp\;
