 Please note\, as indicated in
  the employee handbook ALL staff\, part time and full time\, are required 
 to attend all scheduled trainings. Each officer must fulfill the mandated 
 training requirements or will be subject to disciplinary action\, up to te
 rmination. Additionally\, all dates\, topics\, and times are subject to ch
 ange.&nbsp\;
 There are two options for trainings bi-monthly\, all Securi
 ty Officers will be assigned by scheduling period to one meeting or anothe
 r. Each training will be offered in the following formats: Monday Evening 
 Option will be Virtual and Friday Morning Options will be in-person. In or
 der to switch to an alternate date\, the shift change must be approved. Ge
 nerally\, no security staff will be approved to go into overtime and/or do
 uble time to attend any staff training. All schedules will be coordinated 
 to reflect optimal scheduling\, which will not include overtime unless app
 roved in advance and absolutely pertinent to the demands of company schedu
 ling needs.&nbsp\;
 Per updated policy effective January 1\, 2020 all emp
 loyees are required to attend all scheduled bi-monthly training options. A
 ll officers are requited to attend a minimum of three (3) in-person option
 s annually. All security staff are permitted one annual “free pass” wh
 ich must be coordinated in writing\, in advance of the training option to 
 excuse their absence.&nbsp\;
